In each of these sections we dive into the specific techniques, benefits, and drawbacks of each method of exercising. After reading these you should have a solid idea of the way you want to train based on your goal(s).
Each of these forms of exercise have their own merits, and a combination is always going to be better that using the same techniques consistently and in isolation, so feel free to switch it up when you get bored, or notice your progression beginning to slow. When deciding what kind of exercise you want to start, keep in mind that what is most important is for you to choose something that you will enjoy doing and are willing to stay committed to in order to reach your fitness goals.
