Advanced Muscle Building
One final question to get you to the information... How does your body generally respond to exercise and dieting?
The hard gainer; No matter how much you eat (and workout) you can never seem to put on weight.
You generally have a narrow body structure with thin extremities. If you do put on weight (usually due to inactivity and poor diet in combination with age) it tends sits on your mid section. You're the person who eats whatever they want and never gains a pound. This is also an appropriate selection if you are unsure of your body type or your body type is a mix and you want to really focus on putting on weight. |
Choose this category if you 1 - have never attempted to follow a fitness/nutrition regimen and are unsure as to how your body generally responds to frequent exercise and/or a reasonable diet; Or 2 - You are in-between the other two options.
You tend to put on weight/muscle pretty easy when you try to, and are able to drop fat fairly easily when you change your diet/exercise plan accordingly. |
Big - Your general body type. You can pack on muscle mass almost by osmosis. The drawback is that if you aren't careful with how you eat and don't keep active, you put on fat just as easily.
If you are generally in-shape, it is fairly easily for you to build muscle. Your struggle is usually getting lean enough to show it off. Choose this option if this sounds familiar. |
